What to do when there are no sales and all you can hear are crickets?
Managing your time with clarity!
What works for somebody else won’t necessarily work for you. You can do the same things, tricks, strategies as everyone, but still not have sales.
There is so much information out there, old and new. And you are lost, you’ve tried everything and you do all that you can, but there are still no results.
So, what to do?
We can talk a lot about different sophisticated tricks but the core lies in simply understanding what activities you do that bring direct sales and which ones simply waste your time.
1️⃣ Would you remember if we asked you what you did one month ago? We bet you won’t remember unless you’ve written it down. In order to see where the time goes, you need to track it for at least 2 weeks, or even longer, possibly a month. You can use toggl for that or write it somewhere in blocks of half an hours.
2️⃣ Highlight tasks that took the most time. If you don’t track your time highlight and group similar tasks that you spent the most time on.
3️⃣ Analyze the time you spend on most tasks.
Tasks that don’t influence direct sales
– Writing blog posts
– Developing new product/services
– Free services
– Thinking of tricks to distinguish yourself from competitors
You all need these. BUT, without promotion, it leads nowhere, as nobody will hear about it.
Who will know about your business? How can people find you?
💡 Advertising and boosting posts
💡 Check what you offer and your target audience
💡 Are you seriously doing business or just to earn a little by doing what you can?
💡 Check Pinterest to see what is popular and what people like, and what is needed.
💡 Did you stop carrying out certain activities? Check what worked in the past and look at why you stopped, perhaps it was a time issue.
Understand the difference between wanting to run a serious business or just do what you like to do.
Don’t stop doing what worked.
